First and foremost, this is a strict and serious Vampire - The Masquerade room.
This means . . . there are no caerns or nodes in the remote area of Meridian and the Shroud is always thick. Last, but certainly not least, there are no magic castles that appear at night and disappear at night. You get the gist.

Now that we've got that settled, this is just to help you understand this is a V:TM room only.

1. Acceptable Characters

Upon entering this room, you are to be one of six things associtated with the World of Darkness.
These things are: Kindred, hunters, ghouls, zombies (Giovanni), wraiths (to certain aspects for the sake of the Giovanni clan, meaning if you have a wraith that was summoned by a Giovanni or is controlled by one, then that is the acceptable way of playing a wraith here), or a normal mortal human.
No werebeasts or mages, please! This is room is for Vampire chronicles only. Any character claiming to be a werebeast or a mage will ruled out of play and will be ignored. Tough cookies.
2. Freestylers

There is no freestyling accepted in this room. Once again, this is a V:TM room and therefore, based upon a system. Those characters claiming to be of V:TM creation here are expected to post stats and rolls when needed. For example: when using Ofuscate 3: Mask of Thousand Faces, please post a roll. Players will need to know how well or how poorly your character disguised himself.
3. Avatars

Whenever someone chooses to display the symbol of a clan upon his character's pic, you should not decide IC to already know what clan that character belongs to unless it is roleplayed out. This is bad practice. It should also be observed that if one chooses not to add a clan symbol to his character's pic, they should not be automatically considered mortal. These things should be discovered naturally through roleplay.
4. Setting

The city that this chatroom hosting for chronicles is named Meridian. It is in California of the United States. It is generally set inside an Elysium nightclub owned by the Toreador, Santiago Cervera, called "El Cantina". It is one of the finer nightclubs in the town of Meridian being that it is a piano bar that occasionally hosts mariachis and other numerous performers from different cultures, but is, for the most part, a piano bar.
